While it turned out to be a 32 minutes, I wanted to do a short video in an effort to reconcile with some church leadership, extended family, and my own wife. In it I hope you will find an example of a man who has received the Lord’s mercy and is striving for mutual mercy with others.
While in a real way it is an embarrassment to me, I set this before you with the hope you will find in it a reasonable exposition of Scripture, and a model for reconciliation in your own relationships.
May the Lord grant us that joy!
“diallassō” - Reconcile
Mat 5:24“leave your gift there before the altar and go. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift.”
“katallassō” - Mutually reconcile
Rom 5:10“For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life”
1Co 7:11“(but if she does, she should remain unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband), and the husband should not divorce his wife.”
2Co 5:18“All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation;”

“apokatallassō” - Total reconcile
