Call attempt #536 - Day 803 - Jack, Keeping the Promise, Ephesians 5:25, and some reminders

Happy Birthday Jack. I still cling to 1Co6:11 for you.

ErikaLeigh’s video “Keeping the Promise” is now online at http://kozlowski.org/2008-08-16. This in so many ways was prophetic.

My exposition at 5 Stones Fellowship on Ephesians 5:25 is also now online at http://kozlowski.org/2014-10-05. I stand by it today. I am seriously considering sharing this with a broader audience. If you have thoughts on this, please let me know.

To ErikaLeigh, Brent, Leo, Jack, Tirzah, Julia, Isaac, Charlotte, Baby-J, George, Susanna, Gloria-Jane, Walter, and Zadok:

I ask that you listen to this voicemail. In it I hope you will either be reminded of your dad/granddad, or in some cases introduced. While you might have known me as someone who followed the Lord, one of the gifts the Lord has given in the last many years is a level of depth that I never had before. My study has been intense and I am far more “ready to give an answer” (1Peter3:15). Unfortunately, in my study I have become very much at odds with the institutional church. I remain at the table for dialog, but they run. Lord willing at least one will return to the table and we can follow the Lord’s command in Matthew 5:24 and reconcile. This is specifically desired with Jim Cross, Render Caines, and Chris Bitterman. None of which are willing to communicate with me, but I remain available.

I am also available to my kids. The model set before you of closing the door to communications and refusing any appeal is not what I follow. As I have stated for years, I am willing to dialog and reconcile.

Let me also give you a bit of history as far as I see it. I have asked before if I have it wrong, but no one has been willing to let me know. There was a slight hint of openness to reconciliation by my wife in early 2014. I wrote an email to her and stated that one of the ways we would clearly see reconciliation demonstrated was the birth of a tenth child. The next thing I received from her was a gentleman who came to my door with papers from the state indicating my wife was seeking a state decreed divorce. I did not show up to the court as it is the Lord and not the state that defines marriage. Your mom and I remain married in the eyes of the Lord and I remain committed to her and her alone for the rest of my days, even if she dies before me.

Jim Cross absolutely butchers Matthew 5:32, and 19:9, and fully ignores Mark 10:11-12, 1Co7:11, and Romans 7:2 noting that her husband still lives. I suggested then and still think it is true that he should seriously consider Luke 17:2, Matthew 18:6, and Mark 9:42 as applicable to him in his proclamation that my wife is a free woman. He is WRONG from Scripture, and when he points to a man who uses the Talmud as a reference, the follower of Christ should lament this.

But again, foul people can only reconcile with other foul people, since that is all that exists. So this foul man remains available and continues to seek reconciliation.

Let me also remind you of one of the more popular videos on the family site: “Happy Birthday My Lady - Broken Together” http://kozlowski.org/2017-12-08+1

The same picture used in that video was used in Erikaleigh’s video. I continue to describe myself as a “broken hearted old man basking in the grace of the Lord”. To my wife, the offer to be “broken together” remains.

Dorothy-Jane, I love you. I love my kids also, all of them! True love remains even when it is not returned. My love remains for my family.
