In the Lord’s grace I got new boots today. OH my feet are sore as I put the first five miles on them. The previous served me well for over two years and about 2,000 miles. So I am tired with sore feet. I anticipate that in a week or two I will be back up to speed and distance without sore feet.

In my hike today, while carrying a bag with my old boots with a bottle of wine in each boot (very odd), I saw a woman a couple hundred feet away that so reminded me of my wife in her build, dress, and hair. Dorothy-Jane, I really miss you. Please reopen communications with me. I love you!
