– I have been in dialogs with several in recent days about health and it is obvious that I am in better shape than most I know, including those much younger than I. One of the things that seems clear as most are unwilling to do what it takes, such as getting off of sugar. I do wonder about my own family. How do I encourage them? Obviously with the wall up between us, there are problems.
