My hike today included specific visits to three people who are essentially discarded by the world. This is my attempt to love those who the institutional church avoids or can’t reach, but there is that issue of them being human beings created in the image of God. They are set before me and I have no choice but to love them, rather than drive by and pray for them. Yes, that last comment is directed to Chris Bitterman.

When I returned from today’s hike there was that infrequent occurrence of something in my mailbox. The tie and birthday card sent to George last month were returned unclaimed. There was ample evidence in videos and emails that it was sent. There were several comments about if it would be kept from him. My assumption was that it would be discarded so I would not know and neither would George. But being unclaimed, I do know and as the copy of the email below shows, the news was shared.

This is disgusting and cruel. What my kids are seeing is that the institution is lord and if you do not bow to the institution when the horn, pipe, lyre, trigon, harp, bagpipe, and every kind of music from the worship team starts, you will be thrown into the furnace and ignored. I think you get my point.

As so often occurs, I am under time pressure to deliver some software, and then there are the dialogs I am having with Mormons who actually respond on the contrast between the Bible and the Book of Mormon, the latter of which is a human fabrication. But they stand on their false foundation, which is far nobler than those who claim to follow the Lord Jesus Christ and may have a little trouble due to 1st John 2:9.

But, Lord willing, this weekend there will be time and the right ideas to push through all the harder to let my kids know that their dad is still trying to reconcile the family and point them to the Lord Jesus Christ, not the pseudo-Christ of Meadowview and the PCA.

Being a geek, there are ways to be more open. You might have heard the motto of Anonymous: “We are Anonymous. We are Legion. We do not forgive. We do not forget. Expect us.” As a geek, I could fit in. BUT, I am John Kozlowski. I am only one. The Lord has forgiven me and I do forgive (Mat 6:15). Because of the Lord’s total reconciliation with me, my transgressions have been removed as far as the east is from the west (Psalm 103:12), so I need to follow His model. But finally, Lord willing, expect me!

My purpose is clear. There is NO call for revenge, but rather reconciliation. There is NO call for harm, but rather to bless (Luke 6:27). There IS a call to show my wife and kids a model of a flawed man enduring to the end (Mat 24:13), not turning to the state but rather to the Lord (1Co6). They need to see that model and as far as the Lord allows, they will see it in me. Mr. Cross, join me please! The Lord’s grace is magnificent. Let’s share in it.

Dorothy-Jane, I do think you remember me. That heart you are in possession of is mine. Please treat it with care. You once did. I ask that you do so again. I am going to “agonize the good agony of faith”. My only hope is with you to live out Ecclesiastes 9:9 “Enjoy life with the wife whom you love”. Please!

George and family,

I got an envelope in the mail today as seen below. In one sense it is good to finally get something in response to the dozens of emails and videos sent to George. But obviously in another this is evidence of the overwhelming hate not only shown me, but George, and directly implying the same hate is shown to other members of the family.

I know that many in my family seem to reject who Jesus is and the authority of the Bible. This seems to start with Jim Cross as he ignores the commandments of God, starting with Leviticus 19:18, and embraces the modern version of “the commandments of men” described in Mark 7:7, which is now known as the Talmud. As the Apostle Paul stated to the Apostle Peter in Galatians 2:14 “before them all”, I am again making this clear, so that if he continues to avoid the desired result as seen in 2nd Peter 3:15, it is fully on him, “I am innocent of the blood of all” (Acts 20:26).

I now often state that I follow the Acts 20:20 model of Paul proclaiming in “public and from house to house”. In the attached video I mentioned that I lived it today in two homes, one store, and with seven people. Consider reading the chapter. Does verse 25 apply? I am not holding back to all, so maybe verse 26 and 27 also? It seems verse 29 has been lived out in Lexington. Does that concern you?

When it comes to my effort to reconcile my family, all or part, I’M NOT GOING TO STOP. I can’t since I am a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ.
