For some months I was in the habit of doing 64 jumping jacks while the blender was making my smoothie. Typically I would do this 3 times a day. However, it seems that is no more. I now do 128. I’m a software guy, so it is 2 to the ‘N’. It is a reminder of how years ago it was hard to do my typical 3 mile hike. Today I did a 7 mile hike in about 90 minutes and think nothing of it. Your husband committed to do what he could to live to be 90. This is the evidence. I’m here for you and you alone. My hand continues to reach out to you. Please take it.
