Today’s postcard was set to ErikaLeigh letting her know that there is a card at 4200 feet.

On Friday we started our hike a bit late at 11AM. We finished just after 9PM and 15 miles later.

After 10 miles of hiking, including two miles on a difficult trail, at the top I did 65 jumping jacks. That has been the most commented thing about our trip.

To my joy both Chris and I wrote to our wives a brief “I love you” message that remains at the top of the mountain in a Mason jar. Few will go up there to see it, but the photos are online for all. http://kozlowski.org/2021-05-07

There are two ladies that have had their husbands take a 15 mile hike to a 4200 foot peak to leave them a note. What do they feel about that?
