I was planning on writing you an email, but since you have stated that my emails are blocked, I did a video instead and it is public.

It did turn out a bit long as I tend to use a lot of Scripture. My guess is the length is not the issue, but since I used the Scripture it might be offensive.

While I mentioned 1st Timothy 4:8 “…for while bodily training…”, I forgot to mention that the word “training” comes from the Greek “gumnasia” which is where we get gymnasium or gym. While my jumping jacks probably fits this, I do think my walking does not as it was the norm until about 100 years ago.

While my video was rendering I did watch it and he does state a lot of things that I mentioned in my video, and he added a few other things, such as related to competency issues.
