Last night I watched the documentary “What is a Woman”. At the hour and 28 minute mark there is 30 seconds worth watching. The video shows a dialog with an unidentified Canadian. He is Robert Hoogland. There a bunch of links above with videos about his plight. He said in the video: ‘And when my child turns 25 and says, “Dad, where were you?” I was there. I was fighting as hard as I could.’ When George, Susanna, Gloria-Jane, Walter and Zadok turn 25, they need to know that their dad, me, was fighting as hard as I could so that we could “be family again”. What will it be like for those who worked against this effort? |
