After two years of research, The Berlin Group 21 released a review of the OPCW investigation on the alleged Douma chemical attack in 2018, which shows evidence of manipulation, bias and censorship to accuse the Syrian Army of using chlorine gas in Douma On 7 April 2018, for the purpose of legitimizing foreign intervention in Syria.
