Live data provides the current state of the computer and site.

All or only updated data since a given second can be provided.

The data can be pulled by a query to “/_Live” or pushed to a specific site. When pushed, the response should indicate to which second data has been received such that only updated data will be sent. When pulled the query can contain a time (“/_Live-yyyy-mm-dd-hh-nn-ss”) indicating that only data newer should be returned.
