Like a normal 65-year-old I started my day with 2,048 continuous jumping jacks. I did work up a sweat.

I then did a 9 mile hike. Got home. Had a smoothie, doing another 128 jumping jacks while it was in the blender. Then took another 5 mile hike. Got home to another smoothie with the requisite jumping jacks. Had some encouraging emails and a delightful conversation with Sharron Leonard.

My Lady, I would have rather spent the day with you. I love you!
