I received a letter titled “Notice of License Revocation” that was dated July 24, 2023, and postmarked on August 10, 2023. Page 4 stated information about an administrative hearing was at: https://www.tn.gov/humanserv/hs-2997.pdf. That returns a 404 error. It appears the correct link is: https://www.tn.gov/content/dam/tn/human-services/hs/hs-2997.pdf

While I have attempted to address this issue for a long time (see http://family.kozlowski.org/Promise,Gov-2023 for 2023 alone) responses have been few.

My complaints are as follows:

As has been documented many times, the amount set in 2012 was based on 7 of our kids in my wife’s custody. As the number of kids at home dropped the amount did not change. Information I have received indicates either 2 or 3 kids remain.

There is also the issue of income amounts used for both my wife and myself may be inaccurate. No update has occurred in 11 years, while I have provided information about my income changes.

As documented on May 31, 2023 it appears the amount currently owed per month is $422 not $888 (http://family.kozlowski.org/Promise,Gov-2023-05-31+1).

As previously suggested, the amount in arrears may be excessive and perhaps there is overpayment. I request a review of this.

But there remains the glaring fundamental issue that has not been mentioned by anyone but me. Are my kids alive? If I am to pay my wife to support our kids, I respectfully request proof of life.

An email from my wife on August 21, 2023 was an attempted proof of life. (http://family.kozlowski.org/Promise,Gov-2023-08-21). However, the proof is redacted documents that might be questionable. It is also clear evidence that the laws requiring this dad to be informed about the education of my kids is being ignored. I request a review of this.

There is also the request for a review of the laws preventing censorship of mail to my kids. With well over 200 returned items marked “refused” (http://family.kozlowski.org/Promise,Refused), it is clearly being violated and I request a review of this.

There is also the request for a review of the laws that allow direct phone calls to my kids. With 1,778 voicemails spanning 2,553 days, this is clearly being violated and I request a review of this.

It might be helpful to note that the “License Revocation” is of little consequence, just a fiasco, as I have driven only once in the last 3 years and that was to take a friend to medical care. If you want to take my license to prevent that in the future, that is up to you.
