You might recall that we hosted International Fellowship in our home for some months. It was a joy for us both. There was a moment that sunk into my mind when a gentleman from China, someone else I don’t remember, and I had a dialog. When issues were brought up about China, he recoiled at the thought and we did not pursue it further. But his reaction was noticed by me. You could see that he was challenged with something that he could not believe.

Consider the concept that I now present from Scripture that the Bible is true and the institutional church is a fraud. Because of the long history, it is something that most in the institution will recoil from? But is it true?

Consider the obvious of Zadok and what he might go through one day if he finds out his dad was seeking a restored family, but the rest of the family ignored him. How will that impact him? Will he see fraud not only in the institution, but the family?

Consider what happens to those who by the grace of the Lord reconcile. That model is in Scripture, as I have pointed out. Perhaps it should be in our family too?
