I got a bit weird today (not news) and made a video that I do not intend to share of my doing jumping jacks. I have cut back from 128 to 64 but have worked on improved form. It has been noticeable in my arms. I might be going back to 128 soon with better form. I’m far less flabby than ever before and remain available to one and only one lady. Please take up the offer!

I do wonder about my own family and their health. The life expectancy for us white males is going down and will probably continue for many years to come. This will probably impact my kids if they follow their peers and trust in the “medical industrial complex”. One of the big things I found in talking with others, is that they know what to do, such as giving up sugar, but are not willing to do it. In so many areas I have and I desire to encourage my family to do the same.
