I previously mentioned a dad in Texas and today mentioned a man in Canada who was told “You Are Irrelevant to the Medical Care of Your Child”. When I tried to formally step in to protect our child I was also treated as irrelevant. So as I suggest in the voicemail, you can take joy in the state and the power you have as a woman but it won’t last. Or you can find your joy in obedience to the Lord and love our kids, love yourself, love your husband and do so because you love the Lord.

So many men I know are either gleeful that their wife is no longer with them, or have no desire to love them anymore. Your husband, me, remains wholeheartedly in love with you and wants you back. I am a flawed man, but I am your man. Please, let us spend are remaining days as one as we promised each other!
